Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations We accept cancellations prior to product shipment or production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days of product delivery for any reasons.
If there is any problem with the item within 30 natural days, you can return it. You have two options: exchange or return for a refund,
How returns work:
1. Contact us by email (info@nightcat.com), explain in detail the problems you encounter, we will reply as soon as possible,
2. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. After you provide proof, we will provide you with a solution for returning

3. We will provide you with a return address (not a company address, please contact us for a return address)
4. When you have the return address, you need to bear the freight first and send the goods back to the return address. If the freight bearer is the nightcat website, then we will contact you by mail to obtain the freight amount and remit the money to you through PayPal, so we Your PayPal account is required.
5. If you are exchanging goods, then after we receive the return, we will send you an email to confirm the shipping address of the new order. After you confirm the address, we will ship the new product order to you immediately.
6. If you are returning a refund, please refer to the "How Refund Works" below for the specific refund process.

Notes


Custom or personalized items are not entitled to a 30-day refund.
In the following cases, the return shipping fee will be borne by the nightcat website:
We sent the wrong item
The item arrived damaged or defective (you must provide a video/photo to support your claim that the item arrived damaged or faulty. This return is accepted if the customer refuses or fails to send a photo/video of the claimed faulty/damaged item will be considered "buyer's remorse" and it is the customer's sole responsibility to return it.)
1. We sent the wrong address
2. We shipped duplicate orders
3. The item fails within the 30-day return period (assuming the customer has assembled the item correctly according to the instruction manual)

For other reason, buyers should pay for the return shipping fee.


After the 30-day return period, if the item fails or malfunctions, the customer can use the product warranty for repairs.

How Refunds Work
1. Once your return has been received and checked, we will email you a receipt notification.
2. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable) If you have not received your refund, please double check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@nightcat.com.

Warranty Policy (if applicable)
Our warranty period is one year (from the time you receive the product)
A 1-Year Warranty is a warranty that the seller or manufacturer guarantees to provide remedy against product defects for one year from the date of sale. During this period, Seller shall repair or replace the Products if such defects exist.
It generally does not allow buyers to receive refunds. It guarantees that defects will be resolved through repair or product replacement.
